The following hardware is recommended to install and run Optimum Control software.


Pentium 3 or faster
256 Meg RAM
Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME or XP
30 MG Free Disk Space
Color VGA Monitor (600x800 graphics mode..1024 x 768 is best)
Ink Jet or Laser Printer (for reports)

**The first year of technical support is included with your purchase of Optimum Control.

Renewal Options:

Full Year Unlimited Support -$149.00 (US) per year which includes periodic upgrades and enhancements. Unlimited number of call backs and support required to remedy your situation.. Calls outside of office hours will be charged at $50 (US) each.

OR

2. Pay Per Use Basis - Each technical support call will be charged at $85 (US) each and will include the number of required calls to remedy your situation.

**Payment for Technical Support calls outside of office hours must be made by VISA or American Express.

We are pleased to provide any assistance you may require with our Optimum Control software, however we do not provide technical support with respect to Windows Operating System problems, POS software or Network/LAN related problems.
